1. Who we are

English Vision (englishvision.tech) is an online PTE Academic and NAATI CCL preparation platform providing practice questions, AI scoring, mock tests, study materials, a digital store and a marketplace for live classes with independent teachers.

“English Vision” is a trading name of Wisdom Republic, the company that operates this platform. In these terms, “English Vision”, “Wisdom Republic”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.

English Vision is an independent product and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Pearson PLC or the official PTE Academic examination, or to NAATI (the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters).

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. We may suspend accounts involved in credential sharing, abuse, or attempts to circumvent platform limits.

3. Packages, bonus days & promotions

Paid packages (7 days to 12 months) activate immediately upon successful payment and run for their stated duration, plus any bonus days advertised on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Where a free trial is offered, its length and inclusions are as described on the pricing page and it may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Each package includes the features and usage allowances (such as mock tests and daily AI scorings) described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

4. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe, and regional providers where available). Prices are shown in your regional currency before purchase.

Because packages grant immediate access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable once the package is activated, except where required by applicable consumer law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it promptly.

5. AI scoring disclaimer

AI scores, feedback and predictions are estimates intended for practice and self-assessment. They do not guarantee any particular result in the official PTE Academic exam.

6. Live classes & teachers

Teachers listed under Live Classes are independent contractors, not employees of English Vision. They set their own rates, schedules and teaching methods.

English Vision facilitates discovery and booking and may charge a commission on classes; the class itself is delivered by the teacher. Any dispute about a class should first be raised with the teacher, and we will assist where reasonable.

7. Acceptable use

You must not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the question bank or platform content; attempt to bypass payment, quotas or access controls; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, software and content are owned by English Vision or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own exam preparation only.

9. Privacy

We store the personal information needed to operate your account (name, email, practice history and scores) and process payments through PCI-compliant providers — we never store card numbers. Audio you record for speaking practice is processed for scoring purposes.

We do not sell personal data. Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.

10. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, English Vision is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, exam outcomes, or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and the platform's features and pricing. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
